RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
We strive to provide you with the best shopping experience, and we understand that occasionally, returns or exchanges may be necessary. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our Return and Exchange policy.
Eligibility criteria:
- All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a valid receipt.
- Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Products must be unused and in the same condition as when purchased.
- Returns must be made in-store within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Exceptions:
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or discounted items. All sales on these items are final.
- Returns can not be accepted on some items due to nature of intended use or design. These items include bathing suits, undergarments, mouth guards, fuel, bear spray, flares, climbing equipment, custom orders, food and nutritional products.
- In addition, we can not accept returns of hockey skates once they have been heat-moulded or sharpened.
How to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team at sales@overlandersports.com or call +1 (867) 873-2474 to notify us of your intention to return or exchange an item.
- Ensure your item(s) meets the eligibility criteria for returns, listed above.
- Bring product(s) to Overlander Sports with original receipt to process return.
