The Yellowknife Ski Club has been operating as an incorporated society since 1968. From humble beginnings, the Ski Club has grown to be one of Yellowknife’s premier sporting institutions, with a record-setting membership of 566 in the 2011-2012 ski season.
Since Overlander Sports’ opening in 1983 we have been involved with the ski club in a variety of ways such as helping with registrations in the store, giving discounts to ski club members to promote membership, participating in the Annual Snow Show, providing project funding, and volunteering with the Annual Ski Loppet each winter.
